This website

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, and no advertising code on this site. It sets no cookies. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so reading a page here does not tell a third party that you did.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which — like any web host — processes your IP address in order to send you the page. That is used to serve and protect the site, not to build a profile of you.

If you subscribe

Subscribing stores your email address with beehiiv, which sends the newsletter. beehiiv records email opens when the recipient's email application permits it, along with clicks on links in the newsletter. Open tracking is not always exact, but these measurements help show which editions readers find useful.

The subscribe form is part of this site, not an embedded beehiiv widget. Your address is posted to this domain and passed to beehiiv from the server, which means loading a page with a subscribe box on it — that is, any page here — sends nothing to beehiiv unless you actually subscribe.

Subscribing takes two steps on purpose. Typing an address into the form only sends a confirmation email to it; nothing arrives until someone opens that inbox and clicks the link. So you cannot be signed up by anyone but yourself, and if you got a confirmation email you did not ask for, ignoring it is the whole of the fix.

beehiiv processes subscriber information on behalf of The Nonprofit AI Advisor. The publication is operated by Vamsi Jupudi, who decides how that information is used. beehiiv's own handling is described in their privacy policy.

What never happens

• Your email address is never sold, rented, or traded.
• It is never shared with a sponsor, a vendor, or any tool written about here.
• You are never added to a second list, or to anyone else's.
• There are no affiliate links, so nothing here tracks you off-site for a commission.

Leaving

Every edition has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and it works immediately. If you would rather just ask, email hello@thenonprofitaiadvisor.com and you will be removed.

Asking what's held

Email hello@thenonprofitaiadvisor.com to see what is stored against your address, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests get answered, not routed.

Changes

This page carries the date it was last changed. If the publication ever takes payments or adds anything that collects more than an email address, this page gets updated before that happens, not after.
